About us

The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Intensive Reception (BIM) meets children aged 0-17 with severe psychiatric problems and often complex life situations. BIM Eskilstuna is responsible for the child psychiatric emergency assignment in the northern part of the county during office hours. We also offer planned treatment interventions for patients who need closer contact or faster intervention than what the regular child psychiatric reception can provide.

As a psychologist at BIM, you will be part of a multi-professional team that tailors interventions based on the patient's needs and the team's various competencies. We strive to increase accessibility and provide equitable, effective, and patient-centered care. We will become a team of eight employees from different professions and want to adapt and further develop our treatment and collaboration efforts to meet the needs of patients and families. Currently, we have a great need to build a better eating disorder care, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of creating a new team that will become specialists in eating disorders.
